Meet the Superintendent

Welcome to the Mount Arlington School District!

As the newly appointed Superintendent of the Mount Arlington School District, I am honored and humbled to have an opportunity to share my experiences and join this close-knit school community.

With a Ph.D. in Teaching as Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University, a master's degree in Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University, and a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Penn State University, alongside my certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from Rutgers University, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and enriching educational environment for every student. Having served as the former Director of Special Services and Director of Curriculum and Instruction in Perth Amboy, I had the privilege of overseeing departments including Special Education, Early Childhood Education, English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Health/P.E. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape and a steadfast dedication to academic excellence.
